Call (517) 267-9888 to reserve an apointment time. We can always accomodate new patients the same day and we take urgent cases outside of regular hours, including weekends. We're here to help.
Our regular office hours are from 12 Noon until 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuseday Wednesday, and Friday. Please leave a message if you happen to catch us outside these hours or away from the desk. We check messages and return them promptly if you leave a voice message.

- Bring your drivers license and insurance card
(if applicable)
- Bring any prescription drugs you've been taking
(or a list of them) and any pertinent health records, including X-Rays, MRI, or CT imagery.
- Plan on approximatley 30-40 minutes for your initial appointment to complete some paperwork and ensure a thorough assesment of your problem.
